HOW I LEAD
Leadership is not a title. It is a responsibility.
I do not think leadership means always being the smartest person in the room. I think a leader needs to create an environment where everyone can become better.
01
Learn deeply.
I want to understand the nature of a problem before rushing to solve it.
- Ask more.
- Observe more.
- Learn more.
02
Think clearly.
When there is too much to do, what matters is not doing more.
It is knowing:
What actually matters?
03
Act.
A perfect plan that is never carried out creates no value.
- I like to try.
- Measure.
- Fix.
- And keep going.
04
Build people.
If someone performs better only because I am standing next to them, I have not truly built capability. I want them to do well even when I am not there.
05
Take responsibility.
When there is a problem, the first question I want to ask is not:
"Who got it wrong?"
But:
"What do we need to do so this problem does not happen again?"
06
Create value.
- Growth only matters when it creates value.
- For customers.
- For the team.
- For partners.
- And for the business itself.
07
Keep growing.
I do not want to build a career that makes me stop learning. I want to build a journey that forces me to grow.
Build business.
Build people.
Build yourself.
