MY JOURNEY
A story of building, learning and becoming.
2017
The beginning.
In 2017, I interned at several major communications companies. In August 2017, I began my journey with GO&GO.
The first years gave me a very practical lesson:
No school teaches you to understand customers faster than standing in front of them.
- I learned marketing.
- I learned to sell.
- To listen.
- To handle rejection.
- And to turn a conversation into an opportunity.

2018
Literature & Linguistics.
Graduated from the Faculty of Literature & Linguistics, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.
THE YEARS IN BETWEEN
Learning the business.
The more I worked, the more I understood that sales is only one part of the puzzle. For a business to grow, it needs marketing.
- It needs product
- It needs production
- It needs operations
- It needs finance
- It needs people
And most importantly:
the ability to connect all of that into one system.
2019
MARKETING MANAGER
Learning to build from the ground up.
After the first years alongside GO&GO, I began to understand that selling a product is only the starting point. The harder part is understanding customers, understanding the market and creating a way of working that can be repeated.
Lesson
To build a good business, you first have to learn to see the business from the customer's side.
2023
MARKETING & SALE MANAGER
From doing the work to seeing the system.
I began to see the work not only through what I did myself, but through how sales, marketing, product, production and people connect to create results. This is the stage where I gradually moved from "doing my part really well" to "understanding how the whole system runs."
Lesson
One good person can create results. A good system can create sustainable growth.
2025
CEO
Becoming CEO.
I officially took on the CEO role.
From here, the question was no longer just:
"Can I do this well?"
But became:
"Can I build an organization that can do this well without depending entirely on me?"
That is a harder question. And also a more interesting one. The new role forced me to learn to see wider: sales, customers, people, operations, strategy and the decisions that affect the whole organization.
Lesson
Leadership is not about doing the most work. Leadership is learning to take responsibility for more - and helping others grow with you.

2026
Building the next chapter.
I started to focus more deeply on:
- developing the team
- raising sales capability
- marketing
- AI
- operating systems
- expanding markets
- building people who can become right-hand partners
I realized a CEO cannot forever be the fastest problem solver.
The bigger goal is:
to build a team that can solve bigger problems together with me.
2027
CONTENT MARKETING
Building what comes next.
2027 is not a milestone for declaring achievements that have not happened yet. I want to see it as the next chapter of the journey: building a stronger business, a more mature team and systems that can create greater value.
I want to enter this stage with a bigger question:
If I am not only building a business, how far can I build people and systems that keep growing without depending on me?
Lesson
Vision is not knowing exactly what the future will look like. It is knowing who you want to become when the future arrives.

Next.
I do not want to write this part as an achievement that has not happened yet. I want to leave it open. Because the most interesting chapters are usually the ones not yet written.
The next chapter is being built.
Still becoming.
2019 taught me to listen.
2023 taught me to see the system.
2025 taught me to carry responsibility.
2027 will challenge me to build beyond myself.
The journey continues.
THE NEXT 3-5 YEARS
Building beyond myself.
In 3-5 years, I do not only want to build a bigger business. I want to build a stronger organization, a more mature team and a system able to create value even when I am not the one standing at the center of everything.
I want to keep growing in three roles:
BUILD BUSINESS
Building businesses with good products, clear models and the ability to grow sustainably - from the Vietnamese market to wider opportunities in the region and internationally.
BUILD PEOPLE
Investing more in people. I want to create a team that does not only complete the work, but can think, decide and take responsibility on its own, and become the next leaders.
BUILD SYSTEMS
Applying AI, technology and systems thinking to create more effective ways of working. The goal is not to replace people with technology. It is to help people do bigger things.
And then, build something bigger.
I want to extend my journey from running a business to building ideas, people and systems that can create influence beyond one company.
- It could be a new business.
- It could be a new product.
- It could be a community.
It could be the people I have trained who later become builders themselves. I do not need to know the exact final shape yet.
But I know where I want to head:
More value.
More capable people.
Better systems.
Greater responsibility.
My 3-5 year North Star.
Build businesses that create value.
Build people who can carry responsibility.
Build systems that create leverage.
Build a life that is worth building.

And if I look back in five years, what I want to be proudest of is not only the numbers.
It is being able to say:
"I built things that can keep growing without me having to do everything."
Still building.
Still learning.
Still becoming.
