I am walking alongside the building of a business in manufacturing and automated washing solutions. GO&GO is an important part of that journey. But what I care about is not only a product or a machine.
I care about a bigger question:
How does a product become a business model that can operate, grow and create real value for customers?

Build people.
I believe one of the most important jobs of a CEO is to build people. Not by doing the work for them. But by helping them gain the capability to do it themselves. I enjoy training. I enjoy mentoring.
I love watching someone who started out unsure grow into someone who can think, decide and take responsibility on their own.
The best leaders create more leaders.

Build systems.
When a company grows, hard work is no longer enough. It needs systems.
I am especially interested in:
- AI × Marketing × Sales × Operations
- How technology can help people work better.
- How processes can reduce dependence on memory.
- How data can help us decide better.
- And how a small team can produce greater output.

Build ideas.
- I love experimenting.
- A new idea.
- A new way to sell.

- Not every experiment succeeds.
- But every experiment gives us data.
- And good data helps the next decision.
