ABOUT LINH
I'm interested in what happens when an idea meets reality.
- I love ideas.
- But I love even more seeing an idea put into reality.
- A product being created.
- A customer being served better.
- An employee growing.
- A process getting improved.
- A problem that seemed complicated becoming simpler.
That is the kind of work that makes me feel I am creating value.

Where I started.
- I stepped into a business-related career in 2017.
- I did not arrive with everything a leader needs to know.
- I learned little by little.
- From customers.
- From teammates.
- From the times I made a sale.
- And from the times I did not.
From problems that seemed small but, inside a business, turned into big questions.
Over time, I realized one thing:
To build a good business, I first have to become a better person in how I think, how I decide and how I take responsibility.
The journey.
- My journey has not followed a straight line.
- There were stages when I focused on selling.
- Stages when I had to learn marketing.
- Sometimes the problem was in operations.
- Sometimes the problem was in people.
And the higher I went, the more I realized:
No single skill is enough to build a business. A CEO has to see the big picture and still understand what is happening inside. Know when to decide fast. And when to stop and listen.
Becoming a CEO.
In 2025, I stepped into the CEO role of the business I am walking alongside.
- It was a big change.
- Not only a change of title.
- But a change in the level of responsibility.
When you are responsible for a business, its problems are no longer "someone else's job". They become your problems.
- Sales
- Customers
- Team
- Costs
- Production
- Systems
- Culture
All of it connects to the decisions a leader makes every day. I am still learning to do that better.

What I've learned.
OWNERSHIP
When I truly take responsibility, the way I see problems changes.
PEOPLE
A business can have a good product. But to go far, it needs people who grow better every day.
SYSTEMS
You cannot build a large organization on memory, effort and a few talented individuals. Systems have to grow with the business.
LEARNING
The world changes faster than any five-year plan. So the ability to learn fast becomes a competitive advantage.
SELF
In the end, a business's limits usually begin with the leader's limits. So I always want to keep learning how to develop myself.
What I believe.
I believe:
Build the business.
Build the people.
Build yourself.
These three things cannot be separated. A good business creates an environment for people to grow. Growing people create a better business. And the leader has to be willing to grow first.
I am still becoming.
- I do not have all the answers.
- And I do not think I need to.
- What I want to keep is curiosity.
- The ability to learn.
- Honesty with myself.
- And the willingness to keep going when things change.
This is not a finished story.
It is a story still being built.
