I didn't start by knowing exactly where I was going.I started by deciding to keep growing.
I did not start this journey with a complete map.
I started by stepping into the work, learning how to sell a product, how to understand customers, how to work with people - and then realizing that building a business is far harder than simply creating sales.
The further I go, the more I understand:
Business is built by people.
People are built by growth.
And growth never really ends.

To me, leadership is not standing at the highest position. It is the ability to take on more responsibility, see more clearly and help the people beside you grow.

- I do not think I have become a "finished version".
- I am still learning.

I used to think maturity meant having more answers. Now I think maturity is being calm enough to realize that some questions need to be asked again.
